While in the Mystery Schools

From the 60's to the mid 70's, I spent 16 years studying the Behavioral Sciences.   Having married at seventeen
and divorced in 1976 at age 33, life became surreal for me, having no real self identity mainly due to a tragic life
altering experience which caused my divorce.    I was a 17 year old child in a 33 year old body, struggling to live in
a world and society completely foreign to me 3000 miles away from California. I did not know how to survive. I had
absolutely no idea what life was all about.    After my divorce, I sought refuge in a two year relationship that led me
from Cleveland to New Hampshire.   Finally, I decided enough was enough and I was going "home." By 1979, I
moved back to California, trying to put the pieces of my life back together.

I found myself homeless in California, alone, with two small children to feed and no money available for housing . I
sat with my daughters and we shared what we wanted to create and how to go about doing it. Albeit they were 6
and 9, they were not afraid to experiment!   We opted to live in a tent for $25/month and share the Van space
while camping in the Santa Cruz mountains. From that source of quietude and serenity and newfound friends,   I
sought to discover my authentic self . I needed time to discover what my purpose in Life was all about.   It turned
out to be the most beneficial step I ever made in my personal growth,   for my children, and the decisions that came
forth from our decision to live in a tent, without all the amenities I had been used to.

I found that as I looked deep within myself, I discovered profound awareness, (once I put my attention there and
stopped looking outside myself).   I awakened to my mastery within and started listening. Within three months, I
was on my feet again, focusing on my goal of becoming the healer I knew I was/am. (I had been aware that my
dreams meant so much more than dreams. I was being guided and receiving 'empowerments' internally). Hence,
since 1979, I have never been without a roof over my head. I am totally supported in every way by Divine Guidance.
(And it was the most fun I'd ever had with my children where every day was an adventure!)

Within 3 years of my divorce in 1976, I had a large client base in the Bay Area serving others as a Certified
Massage Therapist.   This allowed me to continue my studies while raising my daughters.   I belonged to the
Healing Connection which later became The Awareness Network which focuses on bringing consciousness to
empowerment, success and conscious evolution to those who seek to hear the magnificent speakers we have
each week.. We've been gathering together for over 25 years. We have become family.   It is this type of love and
friendship that I would like to promote in the Yuba-Sutter area as well. It is important to have a sense of community
where all feel safe and at ease.

I added another choice to my service plate which was to care for a dear and close life-long friend who suffered an
experience in 1983 which left him semi-bedridden for life.   That choice was one that has taught me many lessons
over the   years.   I have learned an insurmountable amount of healing techniques as a caregiver. This gentle man
(who has spent most of his adult years in 7 to 9 pain convalescing in bed), my children, and my clients have taught
me daily how to serve others.   I am thankful and grateful that I have had the opportunity to serve so many.

                          From 1986 to 1991, I studied Ancient Mysteries Schools as
                         well as spent 3 years in a Sisterhood.   In addition, I studied
                         the Kalos International Healing Techniques. Both schools
                         proved to complement each other completely which resulted
                          in my eclectic approach to wellness and healing modalities.

I graduated from both schools and began teaching.    From 1991 to 2006, I offered ancient wisdom heart
empowerment s and third eye initiatory experiences passed down from teacher to student in the Mysteries... to
those who were guided to look deep within at a level other than what we call "matter."

I continue to offer these empowerments to those who ask.   However, I no longer actively network for students.   I am
known throughout the Bay Area.   If a student wishes to receive an empowerment, he or she will come to me sent to
me by others who have experienced my work, or by Divine Guidance.

                          In 1997, I studied with Dr. Gary Young, in San Francisco, Arizona, Utah, and Texas
                          in Aromatherapy Techniques and 100% Essential oil application and consulting.

                                          I also have been Ordained as a Minister since 1995 and offer Weddings.

Throughout my continuing education of the last 30+ years, I have surrounded myself with positive, conscious
masters, healers, and educators and have embraced healing systems based on enhancing and supporting the
inborn life-force healing energy that is, was, and shall be within each of us, gifted to us by our Divine Source.

Many conscious people in our Western society still are perplexed and wonder how we might consistently tap into
those areas of our brain to actually create and rewire the receptor sites needed to catapult us into our true self, our
loving nature, and our inner "knowingness" on a daily basis. It is with the "awakening within" that our cells realize
the deepest truth of what is, was and ever shall be.

                                                       MY LIFE PURPOSE
I have found my purpose in life. I love to enable others to open their own gate of awareness, to discover the
mastery within themselves...to experience more with all their senses, to see, feel, touch, smell and hear more (both
inwardly and outwardly). This inner process begins a journey toward their own full potential in living their purpose
with the utmost of joy, happiness, and harmony in everything they create in their lives...to the highest good of all.

I would not be able to serve others in this way had I not spent the years of introspective attention to my awareness
within myself. By helping others see their blocks, I've found also that my own blocks are uncovered.   Opening the
gates to unforeseen awareness allows us all to see/feel the ability to acknowledge the beautiful beings that we all
truly are.   Our inner truth lies beneath our submerged negative, victimizing thoughts/feelings of   fears, stress,
judgments, and conditional requirements of what and how everyone else wants us to be, do and have.

When I am serving others, my heart energy elevates to high levels and teaches me even more about letting go,
letting God, and honoring the flow of BE, DO, HAVE....in that order. We are all mirrors. We all teach and learn
from each other. Without each other, we would be very lonely. It is my experience that our species needs to
experience 'togetherness' not 'separation'. We thrive on unity and love.

We can choose to awaken to our mastery within. We are not victims waiting for a "dis-ease" (disease) to happen
in our bodies. It is time to look within ourselves for our answers. Learning to shift from being treatment-oriented to
becoming prevention oriented happens as we learn to modify and accelerate our body's own self-regulating
physiological and bio-energetic mechanisms. We then can apply methods to activate our own healing energies
within us. In this way, one can truly honor one's Divine God temple.

                                                       I have learned quick, simple self-help tools that lead the way to the goal of
                                                      joy, bliss, peace and freedom, creating what you desire from a space of truth
                                                     and alignment.

                                                     I offer private sessions and/or introductory classes.   Awareness of self-health
                                                     enhancing practices give your body/mind/soul preventive health maintenance.

                                                     Fees are sliding scale.

Aside from my work helping others, I enjoy my life tremendously, having purchased a home in Sutter in 1990,
(traveling throughout the Bay area teaching and working with clients as well). There is a sanctuary space with a
pond filled with fish and two turtles. Enjoy some of the many pictures of my sanctuary. In the summer, Wise
Women Gatherings are held around the pond.

On the other side of our property, 15 very friendly chickens await my loving attention each day. They surround me,
each of them waiting her turn to be picked up and cuddled. Did you know they have a purring sound when
cuddled? Who said chicks don't have personalities!   30 finches and two doves reside in the Living Room Bay
Window (caged) overlooking the spa on the deck. They bring us much joy as we watch their daily shenanigans.

Two wonderful cats (male and female) entertain us daily with their own personalities. I grow much of our own food
in two beautiful gardens (both winter and summer) and have a wonderful fruit orchard as well. Life is wonderful! I
made 'fruit faces' just for fun before canning and preserving.   I find fun in everything I do!

CULTIVATE YOUR MASTERY with activities you choose that allow you to be, do, and have what is your purpose
in Life... every day to bring joy and goodness to your life and others.   Sometimes, it might just be taking a long,
deep breath in and letting go with a releasing sigh that brings you to stillness. Then with the next breath, inhale
loving energy, focus on your heart, and radiate loving energy out from your heart level.   I look forward to meeting
each and every one of you who are on the road to awakening your mastery within.    I recognize that all of us hold
the knowledge and understanding we are given. I stand, with my wings fully spread open, arms and hands upward
to give and receive, remembering that Divine Love from one's heart,   is, was, and ever shall be...our greatest
healer.

God blesses and graces us all, every second of every day, from sunrise to sunset..... for eternity!
