A PERSONAL STATEMENT FROM ELSBETH The 1970's: I began my shamanic journey in 1976 after a traumatic life circumstance led me to re-evaluate my purpose for living. Having already done 16 years of research in the field of the behavioral sciences and philosophy which served as my basis for beginning my continued journey, I set out on a long and rigorous schedule of inner-work and a myriad of consciousness and holistic, transpersonal trainings throughout the years until the mid 1980's. LIFE COACH SINCE 1986: From the mid-80's through the early 1990's, I studied with Dr. Valerie Gersch, ND, founder/discoverer of the ENERGY ENHANCER, and founder of KALOS SEMINARS INTERNATIONAL. At the same time, I was also enrolled in the Ancient Mystery Schools as taught by Nadia K. Eagles. I saw many similarities between the two technologies of consciousness, and have been blending them in my private practice as a Life Coach ever since. TEACHING: After graduating as a teacher, from 1992 to 2006, I taught the ancient mysteries to those who wanted to understand themselves at a level of understanding where they would begin to know the meaning of WE ARE ONE and bring that consciousness to the world. These classes were mostly for the student's personal growth. Each student 'graduated' at their level of consciousness as each awakened within. Activation of DNA, creating change, preserving and transformation was the key to the teachings, which included initiatory experiences into one's heart and third eye (intuition). (Upon request, currently these teachings are given only in private sessions after consultation). CONTINUING MY WORK AS A LIFE COACH: From 1986 to present time, I have focused on private sessions as a Life Coach for those who want to take more responsibility for their lives on all levels: health, happiness, success, reaching one's full potential, etc. This includes many body/mind/spirit avenues taken to reach their goal. As mentioned, if it is appropriate, I will blend ancient and current healing technologies in my work as a Life Coach. LIFE COACHING ON ALL LEVELS Life Coach training with Valerie Moreton Gersch 1986-1994: The Kalos work is one of the fastest healing arts I know, as it incorporates a ten priority healing system. (see "services") In the 1980's there were few schools for consciousness technologies and life coaching that could access as deeply into the realm of cellular activation as I was privileged to experience with The Kalos International Healing Arts as well as with the mystery schools. Dr. Valerie Moreton Gersch, N.D., graduated from the International College of Naturopathy and has studied with the leading natural healing experts of this century. With over 9,000 students taught and continuing, Kalos seminars are internationally known in Australia, Canada, China, Costa Rica and the United States. I studied this fantastic healing modality during the years ranging from 1986 to 1994 and received Certification as a Kalos Health Facilitator. Learning the Kalos Healing Arts was wonderful Life Coaching Training. It was and still is by far one of the best healing methods known worldwide. Dr. Valerie Gersch is one of the finest teachers I have ever met. For me, her internationally known work enabled my own self healing...as healing began immediately and rapidly once the cause was detected. I was able to test my body at a cellular level and learn to listen to my body for messages (discomfort, pain, fatigue, emotions getting in the way of my goals, etc.), trace them to their cause and clear them. Learning to shift from being treatment-oriented to becoming prevention oriented was and still is one of the goals of this work. Taking responsibility for our own health on all levels (body/mind/spirit) is the focus. The Kalos Work offers keys not readily available through other healing arts. Many conscious people still are perplexed and wonder how we might consistently tap into those areas of our brain to actually create and rewire the receptor sites needed to catapult us into our true self, our loving nature, and our inner "knowingness" on a daily basis. It is in the "awakening within" that our cells realize the deepest truth of what is, what and ever shall be, and Kalos is the fastest way to the goal of joy, bliss, peace and freedom. For those of you who wish Life Coaching on the emotional level, this work helps access internal and external perceptions and perpetrations. "Old thought" (victimconsciousness) programming was created when we were very young and runs us from underneath. The Kalos Life Coaching techniques give us the opportunity to understand the positive intent behind the previous fear-based programming. Moving out of"victim consciousness" into "self-created-through-spirit aliveness" gives us health, happiness, harmony, and joy. As this is a ten priority healing system, your body will tell you exactly what part of your body, mind, or spirit wants to heal first. Once the body receives the correct stimulus in the correct order, healing takes place quite quickly. It's the missing link to your preventive health program. I invite you to experience this wonderful healing technique. The Kalos Healing Arts facilitation is extremely useful for everyone and results are attained often with only one or two sessions. I have experienced that it is much more effective than years of therapy or other methods of life coaching which can take months, or even years. This work is not religion. Everyone benefits from experiencing this work. Why? Because this work is tapping into BOTH SIDES OF YOUR BRAIN FOR WHOLE BRAIN INTEGRATION. We have 400 billion brain cells. Any one of those brain cells can be in contact at any split second with 25, 000 other brain cells. The result is an incalculable number of combinations. We receive 100 billion signals per second. We process 2000 to 5000 of them. We are using one/one millionth of our cortical capacity. We currently use only 2 to 5 per cent of our brain. The eyes see more than the brain is wired to comprehend. "Short circuits" occur all the time. There are specific exercises with the Kalos work which will help you access your full potential by accessing both sides of your brain. Wouldn't it feel good to be accessing both sides of your brain? And when your brain is "in gear", then your heart can be accessed as well. fOLLOW YOUR HEART: Heart Math studies have scientifically stated that the heart is the true seat of the mind and has its own independent nervous system with approximately 60-65% of all the cells in the heart being exactly like the cells in the brain. When one breathes fully and purposefully with intention, it helps activate the cells in ourmind/brain to entrain with the cells in our heart on a very deep cellular level. This leads to a continued awakening with the ability to live in the NOW, letting go of the past. The ancients knew this thousands of years ago. In the mystery schools, we learned literally hundreds of Breath exercises. I offer breath exercises to those who wish to experience them. Today's "outer consciousness/victim" attitude brings dis-ease and has created a break in the brain/heart cellular connection. It is with the thought of the holographic One Mind Consciousness that I work with clients in today's world of dualities and judgment. It is time to re-wire ourselves and remember who we are! Loving oneself leads to loving others as yourself, without judgment, which leads to "No harm to any." What a wonderful thought!
