TO MY READERS:
 I recognize that our spiritual nature is an integral part of the human experience and that by seeking balance, we
will achieve optimal health and well being.   My role as an educator, an ancient wisdom shaman,  and administrator
of Holistic principles and practices is to teach individuals how the body works, and how to harmonize with
basic Physical, Mental and Spiritual Laws, thereby allowing the body to operate in a "healing mode."  

I have a deep level of dedication to practicing these principles in my daily life.  I do not diagnose, prescribe, or fix,
but rather I encourage each individual to find his or her own personal motivation toward health and healing.

I honor the fact that all life is sacred in and of itself, that all things on our path can help us create a
deeper awareness and appreciation of our human experience...as we embrace our positive learning from
them.

My work as life coach, health educator/facilitator,   and essential oil consultant works with (or in addition to)
other mainstream Health Care Providers, since the work is done with the Mind, Body, and Spirit connection
at causal levels.  Sound Healing is vibratory and occurs at the cellular level.

Elsbeth D. Shields, PhD,   has over 40 years
as a Life Coach (long before it was called "life
coaching.")     Her background includes 16
years study and research in the Behavioral
Sciences and Philosophy as well as  and
being Certified in Health Facilitation.  In
addition, she also studied  in the Ancient
Mystery Schools from 1986 to 1991.   Being
self employed since 1979, she continues to
add more training to her expertise.    She
